A: According to the eia classification management list, reports are made for coal-fired and oil-fired boilers with a total capacity of 65 tons/hour or more, and reports are made for other boilers (excluding electric heating boilers). Electric heating boilers are not included in the list. Therefore, environmental impact assessment is not required for simple biomass conversion to electricity.
